HOW IT ALL BEGAN!!

I have spent much of my life going round UK race tracks before i was old enough to drive my dad helped with the Team Twin legend team i was'nt very old but i used to love going to the long circuit track like Branshatch and Donington park and spent lots of weekend helping to keep the cars clean. the team won the British Championship in 1999 and the year after I got my first go-kart for Easter in 2000 when I was 6 years old ,it was a full size kart with a Honda GX 160 engine .My dad had to make some alterations like putting pedal extensions on and moving the seat etc . This I used at home on our grass paddock on slicks this was much more fun than a Easter egg and lasted longer as well . This lead to my mum taking me to a kids club at lodge road kart center on Saturday mornings .Here we where taught how to race to use racing lines and what all the flags meant . In my first year of non MSA racing i won the local lodge road cadet championship and the East Kirkby championships these were great tracks to visit and learn the race craft necessary to pass your ARKS test to enable you to start racing MSA at the age of 8 years. The rest of my racing career can be seen in my cv page and update results.
